目的 研究凋亡相关基因 fas及 fas- L在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)组织中的表达 ,探讨其与 TCC生物学行为的关系及在 TCC发生、发展中相互作用 .方法 采用 S- P免疫组化法检测 5 6例 TCC及 10例正常膀胱组织 Fas及 Fas- L的表达 ,并与 TCC病理分级、临床分期及随访结果相比较 .结果 Fas及 Fas- L在 TCC中阳性表达率分别为 41.1%及5 7.1% ,与在正常膀胱组织表达率 80 .0 %及 0 %相比 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .Fas阳性表达率与肿瘤分级及分期无显著相关性 ,与肿瘤复发有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) .Fas- L阳性表达率与肿瘤分级、分期及复发密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,随恶性程度增加 ,其表达强度也增加 .Fas及 Fas- L的表达无显著相关性 (r C=- 0 .0 84) .结论 凋亡相关基因 fas及 fas- L 表达异常可能参与膀胱肿瘤发生和发展 .检测 fas及 fas- L 表达可作为预测膀胱肿瘤预后复发的潜在指标
Objective To study the expression of fas and fas-L in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) tissues and to explore their relationship with the biological behavior of TCC and their interaction in development and progression of TCC.Methods S-P immunization group And the expression of Fas and Fas-L in 56 cases of TCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and compared with the pathological grade, clinical stage and follow-up of TCC.Results The positive rates of Fas and Fas-L in TCC were 41.1 % And 51.7% respectively, which were significantly different from those in normal bladder tissue (80.0% vs 0%, P <0.05) .The positive rate of Fas was not correlated with tumor grade and stage, (P <0.05) .The positive rate of Fas-L was closely related to tumor grade, stage and recurrence (P <0.05), and with the increase of malignant degree, the expression of Fas-L There was no significant correlation between Fas-L expression and Fas-L expression (r C = -0.0484) .Conclusion The abnormal expression of fas and fas-L may be involved in the development and progression of bladder tumor.The detection of fas and fas- Prognosis of bladder cancer recurrence of potential indicators
