近年来,有关假文凭的报道接二连三,或者说是某地方大肆制造、贩卖假文凭,或者是依靠假文凭窃取公职、成为某部门的领导,因此打击假文凭的呼声也一阵高过一协,一些地方也的确采取了一些严厉的措施,进行了严厉的打击,然而遗憾的是,假文凭依旧泛滥,依旧让人事部门头痛。特别使一些学者、使莘莘学子感到极大的不公平,因为对学人来说,为得到一张文凭 In recent years, there have been reports of fake diplomas being published one after another, that is, making or selling fake diplomas in some places or stealing public offices by fake diplomas and becoming the head of some departments. Local authorities did take some harsh measures and severely cracked down on it. Regrettably, however, the fake diploma still spread and still caused a headache for the personnel department. In particular, some scholars make students feel great unfair, because the scholars, in order to get a diploma
