高职茶叶专业作为工科类专业,其培养模式创新也成为当前研究重点,新培养模式涉及方面较广,其保障机制的相关研究一直处于被忽视的地位。本文首先介绍高职人才培养模式及创新,其次介绍高职茶叶专业人才培养现状及趋势,最后从专业设置、课程设置、师资建设、实践基地完善几个方面对高职院校培养专业人才创新模式的保障机制进行阐述。
Vocational tea specialty as an engineering major, its training mode innovation has become the focus of current research, the new training mode involves a wide range of related research on its safeguard mechanism has been in a neglected position. This paper firstly introduces the training mode and innovation of higher vocational education personnel, then introduces the present situation and the trend of cultivation of tea professionals in higher vocational schools.
