目的了解山东省章丘市农村地区0~6岁儿童血红蛋白的水平及贫血状况。方法随机抽取某乡镇993例0~6岁儿童,采集末梢血20μL,测定血红蛋白值。结果 1章丘市农村0~6岁儿童血红蛋白的均值为(115.07±8.79)g/L,贫血的患病率为16.2%。2男童血红蛋白的均值为(115.23±9.21)g/L,贫血的患病率为16.4%,女童血红蛋白均值为(114.87±8.26)g/L,贫血患病率为16.0%。30岁组血红蛋白均值最低,其次为1岁组,各年龄组血红蛋白均值的差异经方差分析,差异有统计学意义(F=14.895,P=0.000)。4贫血儿童的身高均明显低于不贫血儿童,贫血女童的体重明显低于不贫血女童,1岁组贫血儿童的身高、体重明显低于不贫血儿童,5岁组贫血儿童的身高明显低于不贫血儿童,差异均有统计学意义。结论章丘市农村儿童贫血的患病率仍较高,应通过大力开展健康教育和加强儿童健康服务管理,降低贫血的发病率,促进农村儿童的生长发育。
Objective To understand the level of hemoglobin and anemia in children aged 0-6 in rural areas of Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province. Methods A total of 993 children aged 0-6 years in a township were randomly selected and 20 μL of peripheral blood was collected for determination of hemoglobin. Results 1 The mean hemoglobin of rural children aged 0-6 years in Zhangqiu City was (115.07 ± 8.79) g / L, and the prevalence of anemia was 16.2%. The mean hemoglobin of boys was (115.23 ± 9.21) g / L, the prevalence of anemia was 16.4%, the mean of hemoglobin of girls was (114.87 ± 8.26) g / L, and the prevalence of anemia was 16.0%. The 30-year-old group had the lowest mean hemoglobin, followed by the 1-year-old group. The differences in mean hemoglobin among all age groups were statistically significant (F = 14.895, P = 0.000). The height of 4 children with anemia was significantly lower than that of children without anemia, the weight of children with anemia was significantly lower than those without anemia, and the height and weight of anemia children under 1 year old were significantly lower than those without anemia Children without anemia, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The prevalence of anemia among rural children in Zhangqiu City is still high. Health education and health service management should be vigorously carried out to reduce the incidence of anemia and promote the growth and development of rural children.
