2014年暑假研修主要任务是通过课例研究,以“三次备课两轮打磨”为形式,打造精品课堂,让每一个老师体验到成功的乐趣。本文笔者结合自身的教学实际,在教研组老师的指导帮助下,反映了自己在备课、研讨、再备课、上课、评课、总结、反思的真实感受,这对自己今后的课堂教学,将起到更加积极的引领作用。
