社会经济发展带动铁路运输事业的发展壮大,后者在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用,与此同时也给企业发展提出更高的要求。现今企业之间的竞争更多的体现在人才竞争上,当一个企业有着良好的人才储备资源,它就已经领先其他企业很多。如何帮助企业获得高技能人才呢?目前通过职业技能大赛可以将拥有高技能的人才筛选出来,给企业带来更大的经济效益。基于此,笔者结合实际工作经验,分析铁路企业经营中如何通过职业技能大赛选拔技能人才,提高企业核心竞争力。
Socio-economic development has driven the development and growth of railway transportation. The latter has played an increasingly important role in the national economy and at the same time has also placed higher demands on the development of enterprises. Nowadays the competition between enterprises is more reflected in talent competition. When an enterprise has a good talent reserve resource, it has already led a lot of other enterprises. How to help enterprises to obtain highly skilled personnel? At present, through professional skills competition can be selected with high-skilled personnel out to bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise. Based on this, the author combines practical work experiences to analyze how to select skilled personnel through the competition of professional skills in the operation of railway enterprises and improve their core competitiveness.
