城市轨道车辆制动动力试验台测控系统是直接影响闸瓦摩擦试验效果的关键部件。如何精确地检测和记录试验数据是研制的关键内容。研究了测试系统测力机械结构设计,设计了一种以工业控制计算机、多功能数据卡、专项软件开发平台相结合的智能测控系统,应用于轨道车辆制动动力试验台。实现了实时多通道数据采集、实时显示、数据处理、试验数据的后期分析处理、报表生成及打印试验报告等功能。
Urban rail vehicle brake power test-bed test and control system is a direct impact brake shoe friction test results of the key components. How to accurately detect and record the experimental data is the key to the development. The mechanical structure design of testing system is researched. An intelligent measuring and controlling system based on industrial control computer, multi-function data card and special software development platform is designed and applied to the braking test platform of railway vehicle. Real-time multi-channel data acquisition, real-time display, data processing, post-test analysis and processing of data, report generation and print test reports and other functions.
