我国当前一些体育运动员的品德素质存在一定的缺陷,主要是因为长期重视对其专业技能的训练而忽视对其品德教育。对于完善人格来说,作为体育运动员后备力量之一的体育运动生的德育应该获得应有的地位。体育运动生首先是学生,因此对其德育教育的逻辑起点主要在于以人为本的教育理念,教育目的在于对受教育者人格塑造的终极关怀。体育运动生又是一群特殊的学生,专业特殊,性格具有特殊性,因此在德育教育过程中,无论是范式选择还是推进方式,都具有自己独特的内涵。
At present, some athletes in our country have some defects in their moral qualities, mainly because they have long neglected their moral education due to their long-term emphasis on the training of their professional skills. For the improvement of personality, as one of the reserve forces of sports athletes moral education should be given its due status. The first students in sports are students, so the logical starting point of their moral education mainly lies in the concept of people-oriented education. The purpose of education is to give ultimate care to the personality of educated people. Physical education is a group of special students, with special specialty and unique personality. Therefore, in the process of moral education, both the paradigm selection and the promotion have their own unique connotation.
