对于可修复产品,无故障工作期(FFOP)与无维修工作期(MFOP)存在紧密联系。依据泊松理论,故障率函数具有浴盆曲线特征的故障发生过程需要用非齐次泊松过程进行描述。首先介绍了FFOP的概念及其国内外技术发展历程;继而,利用基于修正的Weibull分布函数构建的浴盆曲线故障率函数,对故障率具有浴盆曲线特征的装备提出了FFOP预计方法,并通过案例说明了预计方法的可行性。最后,分析了装备FFOP与基于MFOP的装备维修策略的关系,认为装备FFOP的确定应综合权衡可靠性/安全性和维护成本。
For repairable products, there is a close relationship between FFOP and MFOP. According to the Poisson theory, the failure rate function with the characteristics of the bathtub curve needs to be described by the non-homogeneous Poisson process. First of all, the concept of FFOP and the development of its technology at home and abroad are introduced firstly. Then, based on the failure rate function of bathtub curve based on modified Weibull distribution function, a FFOP prediction method is proposed for the equipment with failure curve characteristic of bathtub curve. The feasibility of the proposed method. Finally, the relationship between equipment FFOP and equipment maintenance strategy based on MFOP is analyzed. It is considered that the determination of equipment FFOP should weigh the reliability / safety and the maintenance cost comprehensively.
