基于RH精炼处理的内在原理,结合涟钢RH-MFB实际生产和经验数据,重点对涟钢RH-MFB精炼过程温度的变化规律、温度变化的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,在精炼开始阶段的5~10 min内钢包内钢液温降较大,吹氧炉次在开始的5 min温降速度为3.3℃/min,未吹氧炉次为3.2℃/min;吹氧炉次的前10 min温降随初始碳含量的升高而增大,且温降尤为明显;对于吹氧炉次,处理过程的温降随初始温度的升高而增大。对于未吹氧炉次(进站温度低于1 657℃),温降则随初始温度的升高而减小;实际生产过程中大部分炉次的加铝量基本与计算值一致,但因测温时刻、热滞后等众多因素的影响,致使加铝升温的计算值与实际升温值差异较大。
Based on the inherent principle of RH refining process and the actual production and experience data of RH-MFB in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the changing law of RH-MFB refining process and the influencing factors of temperature variation were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the temperature drop of molten steel in the ladle within 5 ~ 10 min in the initial stage of the refining is large, the temperature drop speed is 3.3 ℃ / min at 5 min after starting oxygen blowing, and the temperature is 3.2 ℃ / min ; The temperature drop of the first 10 min of oxygen blowing increased with the increase of initial carbon content, and the temperature drop was more obvious; for oxygen blowing, the temperature drop of the treatment increased with the increase of initial temperature. For the unburned furnaces with a stop temperature of less than 1 657 ℃, the temperature drop decreases with the increase of the initial temperature. In the actual production process, the amount of aluminum added to most of the furnaces is basically consistent with the calculated value. However, Temperature measurement time, thermal hysteresis and many other factors, resulting in Alcan heating the calculated value and the actual temperature values vary greatly.
