江苏省河蟹产业主干中的蟹苗和商品蟹养殖均已形成规模化生产,但做为承前启后的蟹种阶段始终无法达到规模化生产的水平。究其原因主要是由于蟹种培育风险较大,蟹种培育技术还不成熟,致使蟹种培育成活率平均只有5%-10%左右。本工作通过摸清池塘蟹种规模化强化培育阶段池塘主要水化学因子的周年变动规律,探索蟹种产业化培育技术和模式,寻找蟹种强化培育比较合适的水化学指标,为提高蟹种培育成活率提供依据。
