施工阶段是工程项目管理最为活跃的阶段,资源投入量最大,管理难度也是最大,可以说施工阶段是工程项目建设全过程中风险最大的一个阶段。而在EPC承包合同模式下,承包商承担了设计、采购以及施工的全部任务,为了达到预期的施工目标(成本、进度和质量),必将面临各式各样的风险。本文运用风险管理的相关理论,分析了在EPC承包合同模式下,施工阶段承包商所面临的相关风险类别以及这些风险产生的影响,最后对承包商在工程项目施工阶段风险的识别和应对提出一些看法。
Construction stage is the most active phase of project management, the largest amount of resources, management is also the most difficult, it can be said that the construction phase of the construction project is the most risk-one stage. Under the EPC contract mode, the contractor undertakes all the tasks of design, procurement and construction, and will face various risks in order to achieve the expected construction goals (cost, schedule and quality). In this paper, using the theory of risk management, this paper analyzes the types of risk faced by contractors in the construction phase and the impact of these risks in the EPC contract mode. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to identify and deal with the risk of the contractor in the construction phase of the project view.
