通过试验,获得2组不同类型的混凝土试件养护28 d后的强度以及1组由PVC管密封的混凝土的强度,将3组混凝土强度代入不同规范中求得不同的钢管混凝土轴压承载力,得出按规程AIJ(1997)算得的钢管混凝土的承载力与试验值偏差较大.通过比较用PVC管封闭的圆柱体混凝土和养护28 d后的圆柱体混凝土的强度,得出按封闭的混凝土强度求得的钢管混凝土承载力与试验值较接近,从而在规程AIJ(1997)中引入系数η得到考虑封闭效应的钢管混凝土承载力公式.
Through experiments, the strength of two groups of concrete specimens cured for 28 days and the strength of one group of concrete sealed by PVC pipe were obtained. Different sets of concrete strength were substituted into different specifications to obtain different axial compressive load-carrying capacity of concrete filled steel tubular, The results show that the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular with deviation from the test value calculated by the code AIJ (1997) is large. By comparing the strength of cylindrical concrete with PVC pipe closed and cured for 28 days, The strength of concrete-filled steel tube is close to the test value, so the coefficient η is introduced into AIJ (1997) to obtain the formula of bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tube.
