目的了解近5年来武汉及其周边地区头癣临床特征及其病原菌分布情况。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2015年12月本院皮肤科门诊诊治的头癣患者临床资料。结果 339例头癣患者,年龄50d~78岁,黑点癣209例(61.65%)、白癣81例(23.89%)、脓癣49例(14.45%),未发现黄癣。339例患者真菌培养出皮肤癣菌275例(81.12%),分别为紫色毛癣菌132株(48.00%)、犬小孢子菌69株(25.09%)、须癣毛癣菌31株(11.27%)、断发毛癣菌26株(9.45%)、红色毛癣菌10株(3.64%)、石膏样小孢子菌6株(2.18%)和铁锈色小孢子菌1株(0.36%)。结论武汉及其周边地区黑点癣发病率占首位,紫色毛癣菌为主要致病菌,犬小孢子菌、须癣毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌分列二、三、四位。
Objective To understand the clinical features and pathogens distribution of tinea capitis in Wuhan and its surroundings in recent 5 years. Methods The clinical data of patients with tinea capitis who were treated in dermatology clinic from January 2011 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 339 cases of tinea capitis, age 50d ~ 78 years old, black spots ringworm 209 cases (61.65%), 81 cases of white ringworm (23.89%), 49 cases of psoriasis (14.45%), did not find yellow ringworm. A total of 275 cases (81.12%) of dermatophytes were cultured in 339 patients, including 132 (48.00%) of Trichophyton rubrum, 69 (25.09%) of Microsporum and 31 (11.27% ), 26 strains of Trichophyton mentagrophytes (9.45%), 10 Trichophyton rubrum (3.64%), 6 (2.18%) gypsum microsporum and 1 strain (0.36%) of Microsporum sp. Conclusion The incidence of black point ringworm in Wuhan and its surroundings occupies the first place, Trichophyton rubrum is the main pathogen, Microsporum canis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Trichophyton mentagrophytes are divided into second, third and fourth place.
