在阿尔马累克矿冶联合企业的试验厂,进行了ATX~*的半工业试验。试验用的药剂是在苏联有色金属研究院表面活性物质试验室制备的。盐酸S-烯丙基异硫脲的合成方法如下:在容量为500毫升的三口烧饼中,装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器和温度计。称76.1克(1个克分子)硫脲,150毫升作为溶剂的异丙醇和77.3克(1.01克分子)氯丙烯。在沸腾状态下搅拌混合物,至硫脲完全溶解。
At the pilot plant of the Almajek Mining and Metallurgical Complex, a semi-industrial test of ATX ~ * was carried out. The test agents were prepared at the Surface Active Materials Laboratory of the US Nonferrous Metal Research Institute. The synthesis of S-allyl isothiourea hydrochloride was as follows: In a 500-mL three-mouth biscuits, a stirrer, a reflux condenser and a thermometer were charged. Weigh 76.1 g (1 mole) of thiourea, 150 ml of isopropanol as a solvent and 77.3 g (1.01 mole) of allyl chloride. The mixture was stirred at boiling until thiourea was completely dissolved.
