目的探讨活血化瘀药物肺纤方抑制肺间质纤维化大鼠肺组织血管生成和重构的作用机理。方法气管内注入博莱霉素制造大鼠肺纤维化模型,造模后14、28、45 d检测模型组、假手术组、肺纤方组、泼尼松组血清中的血小板衍生因子、内皮素、血栓素。结果肺纤方能够显著降低血清中的血小板衍生因子、内皮素、血栓素。结论肺纤方抗肺纤维化的作用机理,可能与抑制肺间质纤维化大鼠肺组织血管生成和重构育关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of action of “Fei Xue Hua Yu Decoction” on inhibiting the angiogenesis and remodeling of pulmonary tissue in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods Bleomycin was injected intratracheally to establish rat model of pulmonary fibrosis. After 14, 28, and 45 days of modeling, platelet-derived factor, endothelium in the serum of model group, sham-operated group, Su, thromboxane. Pulmonary fibrosis can significantly reduce serum platelet-derived factor, endothelin, thromboxane. Conclusion The mechanism of action of Fei Xian Fang against pulmonary fibrosis may be related to the inhibition of lung tissue angiogenesis and remodeling in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
