部分地区电网中含有可调节机组,通过省地两级调度资源的联合优化可实现电网的全局效益,但省地调一体化调度模型因机组数量多、网络规模大,求解效率会受到限制.该文提出了基于电网模型等值的省地协同发电计划优化方法,首先,为了实现电网模型扩展的适度和有效,通过WARD等值原理聚类分析地区电网节点功率对外转移特性,将对外功率转移相似的节点网络化简为虚拟节点,压缩地区电网规模,与省级电网拼接形成全网计算模型,实现模型等值;其次,将化简地区电网的可调度资源作为等值机组建模,与省调机组一起进行参与全省发电调度优化,求得全省发电计划优化解;最后,将虚拟节点发电计划分解到地调机组,得到地区电网机组的发电计划.算例结果表明文中方法计算效率较高,可提高电网运行的安全性和经济性水平.“,”Some regional grids contain dispatch units.Global benefit of grid they can be realized by integrated optimization of dispatch resources in provincial grid and regional grid.The solution efficiency for integrated optimization model will be limited due to large number of units and large grid scale.The collaborative scheduling optimization method for provincial grid and regional grid based on grid model extension was proposed.First,in order to achieve a moderate and effective grid expansion model,the power transfer characteristics were clustering analyzed between regional grid's nodes and foreign grid's nodes by WARD equivalence principle,local grids composed of nodes with similar power transfer coefficient were taken as virtual nodes to compress the scale of regional grid,and whole optimization model will be formed through model combination of provincial grid and regional grid.Secondly,the dispatch resources in simplified regional grids were used as the unit to set up mathematical models which participated in the province's generation scheduling optimization with provincial dispatching units for obtaining the global optimal scheduling.Finally,the virtual node power generation scheduling was decomposed into related units in regional grid,and generation scheduling of all units in regional grid were obtained.The examples results show that the proposed method is efficient and can improve security and economic level of power grid operation.
