Multi-modal discourse analysis teaching is based on the comprehensive interaction of sensory, listening, touching and other senses to meet the multimodal presentation of linguistic symbolic resources and to build up a multi-modal reading ability to adapt to multi-communicative needs . Studying the application of multi-modal discourse analysis in English teaching, especially the research on how to cultivate multi-modal abilities of learners, has important implications and positive implications for English teaching reform.
