幼儿园艺术教育是对幼儿实施全面发展教育的重要组成部分,幼儿园艺术领域教育大致分为音乐活动和美术活动,其中,音乐活动分为歌唱、律动、打击乐和音乐欣赏等;美术活动分为绘画、手工和美术欣赏等。在实际的艺术教育活动中,教师往往着重幼儿技能的培养,比如幼儿“唱的好听”、“画的好看”常成为衡量教学效果的标准。这种观念违背了幼儿教育的本质,也违背了《幼儿园教育指导纲要》和《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的精神。如何实现教师艺术教育能力的快速提升呢?我们认为,教师的技能与教育理念必须融合,即,教师必须具备艺术本体知识技能和专业大背景下的学前教育理念与发展思路,并能很好的相互融合与渗透,如此,才是一名合格的幼儿教师。
