目标教学是借鉴美国教育学家、心理学家布鲁姆的教育目标分类理论和掌握学习策略而形成的一种教学模式。与传统的教学模式相比,目标教学的实施,学生有了广阔的空间,可以充分发挥他们的想象力和创新能力来完成教学目标规定的学习任务。在较短的时间内感受到自己学习成功的喜悦感和成就感,不仅激发学生学习兴趣,还提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,学生的动手能力、解决实际问题的能力。也能促进指导教师业务水平的提高,真正做到教学相长,尤其适用于实践性较强的专业和学科的教学。
