研究了GAP/AN系复合推进剂的冲击特性与热特性。明确了利用添加固化剂的比例和硝酸酯、二辛基己二酸酯可以改善推进剂的物理性能,以及速率决定过程不受物理性能支配。NC可明显降低临界冲击波压力,而14.8%HMX与AP大体没有影响。由于NC分解温度低,分解生成物的反应性高,可以降低热冲击性,所以GAP/TMETN/AN推进剂显示出良好的热冲击性。有效利用硝酸酯类不仅可以提高GAP/AN推进剂的燃烧性能,而且可以改善感度特性
The impact and thermal properties of GAP / AN composite propellants were studied. It is clear that using the ratio of added curing agent and nitrate, dioctyl adipate, can improve the physical properties of the propellant and the rate-determining process is not governed by physical properties. NC can significantly reduce the critical shock wave pressure, while 14.8% HMX and AP generally have no effect. The GAP / TMETN / AN propellant shows good thermal shock resistance because the NC decomposition temperature is low and the reactivity of the decomposition product is high and the thermal shock resistance can be reduced. The efficient use of nitrates not only enhances the combustion performance of GAP / AN propellants but also improves the sensitivity characteristics
