一、前言电力动车和电力机车的主电动机都是使用直流整流子电机,在进厂进行定期检修时,都有用车床对整流子面进行切削加工的检修工序。这时,为了将整流子面上绝缘槽切至适当的深度,以使其与碳刷的接触良好,槽的两侧都要进行倒角加工,但是,这种加工用手工操作时每台电机需要2个小时左右,而且还需要具备熟练的技术,为此,我们在电力机车检修车间配置了一台能自动进行这种作业的电枢自动开槽机。但是,该设备从开始使用时起就因工作不稳定而加工质量差,非槽部分也被切削而损伤了整流子表面,而且经常出现电枢报废的事故。
