建立了环糊精-十二烷基硫酸钠胶束电动色谱中可电高及电中性-光学异构体的分离模型。通过计算机模拟预测了多种操作因素对手性分离可能产生的影响,并通过对丹磺酰化氨基酸及十八甲基炔诺酮旋光异构体的分离对理论预测进行了验证。研究表明,环糊精及SDS浓度对旋光异构体的分离有很大影响。利用该理论模型可以指导选择和优化实验条件。
A separation model of electroporation and electroneutral-optical isomers in cyclodextrin-sodium lauryl sulfate micellar electrokinetic chromatography was established. The influence of various operating factors on the chiral separation was predicted by computer simulation. The theoretical prediction was verified by the separation of the dansyl amino acids and octadecanolinolacetate optical isomers. Studies have shown that cyclodextrin and SDS concentrations have a great influence on the separation of optical isomers. The theoretical model can guide the selection and optimization of experimental conditions.
