Objective To understand the impact of intensive management of diabetes on the improvement of the control of various metabolic parameters in patients. Methods The data of blood glucose, blood lipid, HbA1c and body mass index (BMI) of 1 367 follow-up patients and 281 patients who lost their follow-up at the first visit and in our current state were compared. Patient control of the indicators. Results The compliance rate of HbA1c and blood pressure in the follow-up group was significantly better than that in the follow-up group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, HbA1c, blood lipid and BMI in the follow-up group were significantly lower than those in the follow- Lost in the group (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).
