通过对彝族铃铛健身操的理论及健身效果进行研究,结果显示:将彝族铃铛舞引入体育教学中,“操化”为彝族铃铛健身操是可行的。彝族铃铛健身操的创编以彝族铃铛舞的经典代表性动作为基础,以鼓点和铃铛为音乐背景,将现代健美操与传统民族舞蹈有机结合,并充分考虑各民族青少年身心特点及接受能力,体现了难度适中、节奏与强度适宜的原则,深受各民族在校学生喜爱,值得大力推广,引入体育教学。
Through the research on the theory and fitness effect of the Yi nationality bell exercise, the results show that it is feasible to introduce the Yi nationality bell dance into the PE teaching. Based on the classic representative movement of the Yi nationality’s bell dance, the Yi national bell exercise combines the modern aerobics with the traditional folk dance with full consideration of the physical and psychological characteristics and acceptability of ethnic minority adolescents The moderate difficulty, rhythm and strength of the appropriate principles, by all ethnic groups in school students love, it is worth promoting, the introduction of physical education.
