山西省东南地区沁水煤田,煤层稳定,地质构造简单,倾角一般为3~5°,为近似水平煤层。现开采的煤层厚度6m左右,为优质无烟煤,其特点是:煤质坚硬,平均f=3.8,中分层高达4.4,割煤十分困难。为了改善劳动条件,提高机械化程度,提高单产,达到高效低耗,自1981年9月以来,我局古书院矿坚持在坚硬煤层中推广高档普采,到1983年2月共上三套高档普采工作面,使37.5%的采煤面改善了支护条件,40%左右的采煤工人减轻了劳动强度,并取得较好的经济效果。古书院矿1982年原煤产量达147.6万吨,创建矿以来的历史最好水平,其中两个高档面产量为40.17万吨,占全矿回采产量的30.24%。高档面月平均单产为1.76万吨,比一般普采提高28.5%;回采工效率平均为6.47吨/工,比一般普采提高40.7%;主要材料消
