针对目前国内原位岩石力学试验技术还停留在手工加卸载和人工记录的落后现状,成功开发了原位岩石力学试验伺服控制与数据采集系统,重点介绍它的工作原理、结构特点及关键技术。该系统具有以下特点:(1)压力自动伺服控制与数据采集,精度高;(2)可靠性高、性能稳定;(3)仪器操作简单、数据处理方便;(4)适用于所有的原位岩石力学试验项目并具有突出的优点。用该系统对大渡河丹巴水电站引水系统的二云片岩开展6点变形和12点岩体直剪原位试验,获得变形试验及直剪试验的全过程曲线,试验表明二云片岩具有显著的各向异性特征。该系统的研制成功将为深入研究复杂工程岩体的变形及强度特性提供新手段。
In view of the fact that the in-situ rock mechanics test technology still lags in the backward status of manual loading and unloading and manual recording, the servo control and data acquisition system for in-situ rock mechanics testing has been successfully developed. The working principle, structural characteristics and key technologies are mainly introduced. The system has the following features: (1) pressure automatic servo control and data acquisition, high precision; (2) high reliability, stable performance; (3) instrument operation is simple, data processing convenience; (4) Rock mechanics pilot project with outstanding advantages. The system was used to carry out 6-point deformation and 12-point rock mass direct shear in-situ tests on the second mica rock of the water diversion system at Danba Hydropower Station in Dadu. The whole deformation curve and straight shear test were obtained. The results show that there are significant Anisotropic characteristics. The successful development of this system will provide a new way to study the deformation and strength characteristics of complex engineering rock mass.
