采用相关和典型相关分析方法,对18个陆地棉品种种子的物理特性、活力水平及两者间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:种子活力及物理特性品种间差异显著或极显著。种仁率、种子密度与活力指数之间分别呈显著和极显著正相关,是影响种子活力的重要物理性状,可作为判别种子活力的主要物理特性参数。具有较高活力水平种子的种仁率>58.0%,种子密度>0.99g/ml。
Correlation and Canonical Correlation Analysis were used to study the relationship between the physical characteristics and the vitality of 18 Gossypium hirsutum varieties. The results showed that there was significant or very significant difference in seed vigor and physical characteristics. Seed kernel rate, seed density and vitality index were significantly and positively correlated with each other, which was an important physical trait affecting seed vigor and could be used as the main physical characteristic parameter to determine seed vigor. Seed kernels with higher viability levels> 58.0%, seed density> 0.99 g / ml.
