报道了用低剂量溴氰菊酯(2.5×10-6μg/头)注射处理马尾松毛虫5龄幼虫后对血淋巴羧酸酯酶的诱导效果及其与抗菌物质诱导活性的关系。在诱导24h,羧酸酯酶活性即增加20.4%,48h达到高峰,增加约38.1%;72h后为23.2%。幼虫血淋巴中羧酸酯酶和抗菌物质的诱导活性变化动态相似,但两者的活力高峰存在时相位差,前者在诱导后48h,后者在60h。
Reported the induction of hemolymph carboxylesterase after the 5th instar larvae of Plutella xylostella by injecting low doses of deltamethrin (2.5 × 10-6 μg / head) and its relationship with the antimicrobial substance inducing activity. Carboxylesterase activity increased by 20.4% at 24 h after induction and peaked at 48 h, increased by about 38.1%; after 72 h, it was 23.2%. The activities of carboxylesterase and antimicrobial substances in haemolymph of larvae varied dynamically, but the peak phase of the activity peaked at 48h after induction and 60h at the latter.
