该文进一步发展单耗分析理论,改进了设备结构因素与系统拓扑因素附加单耗的定量计算方法,深入阐述能量系统内的能耗作用关系,剖析系统能耗产生的不同原因,从新的角度提出热力系统的优化设计方法与运行优化策略。对大型燃煤蒸汽动力发电机组进行了单耗分析,计算并分析了系统内不同类型的能耗作用,对系统节能改造提供新的建议。结果表明,理论能够从不同角度、不同层面对能量系统的设计改进、维护改造与运行优化提供有益指导。
In this paper, the theory of unitary loss is further developed, and the quantitative calculation method of additional unit consumption of equipment structure and system topology is improved. The relationship between energy consumption in energy system and the different causes of energy consumption are analyzed in detail. Optimization Design Method and Operation Optimization Strategy of Thermal System. The unit consumption of large-scale coal-fired steam-driven power generation unit was analyzed, the different types of energy consumption effects in the system were calculated and analyzed, and new suggestions for energy-saving reform of the system were provided. The results show that the theory can provide useful guidance to the energy system design and improvement, maintenance, transformation and operation optimization from different angles and different levels.
