目的构建小脑各核团(deep cerebellar nuclei,DCN)的三维空间可视化模型并对其体积进行测量,以明确各小脑核团体积的男女性别差异,为小脑各核团的定位、临床功能及性别差异性研究提供参考数据。方法利用Amira 5.4对12组小脑火棉胶切片图像数据进行小脑核团的三维重建,并对各核团体积进行测量,比较各核团左、右侧及男女性体积差异。结果三维模型显示小脑各核团结构清楚,形态分布及其与第四脑室(fourth ventricle,FV)的空间关系亦能够清晰的展示。在左、右侧体积对比,各核团均无显著差异(P>0.05);男、女性别对比,齿状核(dentate nucleus,DN)的体积男性远大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),而另外3组核团的体积没有明显的男女性别差异(P>0.05)。结论对小脑核团的三维重建及体积测量可以明确各核团的形态、体积及其与第四脑室的空间关系,同时齿状核体积的男、女性别差异又为核团功能的进一步研究提供一定的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To construct a three-dimensional visualization model of deep cerebellar nuclei (DCN) and measure the volume of the cerebellar nuclei so as to determine the difference in sex and size of cerebellar nuclei, and to determine the location, clinical function and gender differences of each cerebellar nuclei. Sex research provides reference data. Methods Amira 5.4 was used to reconstruct cerebellum slice images of 12 groups of cerebellum. Three-dimensional reconstruction of cerebellar nuclei was performed. The volume of each nucleus was measured. Results The three-dimensional model showed that the structure of cerebellar nuclei was clear, the morphological distribution and the spatial relationship with the fourth ventricle (FV) were clearly displayed. There was no significant difference in the nuclei between the left and right sides (P> 0.05). Compared with the female, the male and female dentate nucleus (DN) <0.001), while there was no significant gender difference in the other three groups of nuclei (P> 0.05). Conclusions The three-dimensional reconstruction and volume measurement of cerebellar nuclei can clarify the morphology and volume of each nucleus and its spatial relationship with the fourth ventricle. At the same time, the difference in male and female odontoblasts provides further study on the function of nuclei Certain reference value.
