目的分析2013-2014年深圳市南山区病媒生物监测结果,了解病媒生物种群密度和季节规律,为控制病媒生物的危害提供可靠依据。方法在农贸市场、餐饮、居民区、医院等不同类型场所分别采用鼠笼法、笼诱法、灯诱法及粘捕法监测鼠密度、成蝇密度、成蚊密度及蟑螂密度。结果鼠类活动高峰期在6月,鼠种构成以褐家鼠为优势种。成蚊活动高峰期为5~9月,蚊种构成以致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊为主。蝇类5、6月为活跃期,蝇种以大头金蝇为优势种。蟑螂6、7月活动较频繁,以德国小蠊占绝对优势。结论开展病媒生物监测与分析,以利于相关部门在病媒生物活动高峰期做好病媒生物防治和相关传染病的预防与控制工作。控制的重点是:鼠类在旧屋村,蚊在公园,苍蝇在农贸市场,蟑螂在餐饮业和农贸市场。
Objective To analyze the results of vector surveillance in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City from 2013 to 2014, and to understand the population density and season rules of vector organisms, so as to provide a reliable basis for controlling the harm of vector organisms. Methods Rat density, density of adult mosquitoes, density of adult mosquitoes and density of cockroaches were monitored in different markets such as farmer’s market, restaurants, residential areas and hospitals using mouse cage method, cage method, light-induced method and stick-catcher method. Results Rodents peaked in June. Rattus norvegicus was the predominant species. The peak of adult mosquitoes activity is from May to September, and mosquito species mainly caused by Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus. Flies 5 and 6 months for the active period, fly species to Kingfly for the dominant species. Cockroaches in June and July activities more frequently to the German cockroach absolute advantage. Conclusion Carrying out vector bio-monitoring and analysis in order to facilitate the prevention and control of vector-borne biological control and related infectious diseases by related departments at the peak of vector-based biological activities. Control focuses on: rodents in old estates, mosquitoes in parks, flies at farmers ’markets, cockroaches in the restaurant industry and farmers’ markets.
