目的 :从枳木具子 ( H ovenia acerba Lindl.)中提取分离活性成分。方法 :95 %乙醇加热提取、溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析、重结晶等。结果 :分离得到 8个化合物 ,其结构经波谱法鉴定为 :芳香酸为 3-甲氧基 -4 -羟基 -苯甲酸 ( vanillic acid,H-3) ,6个黄酮为 :山柰酚 ( kaempferol,H-4 ) ,洋芹素 ( apigenin,H-5 ) ,4′,5 ,7-三羟基 -3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮 ( 4′,5 ,7-trihydroxy-3′,5′-methoxy-flavanone,6 ) ,杨梅黄素 ( myricetin,H-7) ,槲皮素 ( quercetin,H-9) ,双氢杨梅黄素 ( dihydromyricetin,H-1 1 )和蒽醌类化合物大黄素 ( emodin,H-2 )。结论 :H-2 ,H-3,H-4 ,H-5 ,H-6均为首次从该植物的种子中分得 ,H-2 ,H-3,H-5 ,H-6为首次从该属植物中得到。
Purpose : To extract and separate the active ingredients from H. tumeensis acerba Lindl. Method: 95% ethanol heat extraction, solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization and so on. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and their structures were identified by spectral analysis as follows: aromatic acid was 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (vanillic acid, H-3), and 6 flavonoids were: kaempferol , H-4), apigenin (H-5), 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavone (4′,5,7-trihydroxy-3′ ,5′-methoxy-flavanone,6 ), myricetin (H-7), quercetin (H-9), dihydromyricetin (H-1 1) and terpenoids Compound emodin (emodin, H-2). Conclusion: H-2, H-3, H-4, H-5 and H-6 were all isolated from the seeds of this plant for the first time. H-2, H-3, H-5 and H-6 were the first Obtained from this genus.
