在国际商务谈判中,东西方谈判者的谈判风格、方式不同,成为谈判的障碍甚至导致谈判失败。这些差异有其自身的文化根源。本文从跨文化的角度来探讨商务谈判背后的文化因素,对比东西方文化的差异,研究在国际谈判中克服跨文化障碍的策略。
In the international business negotiations, the negotiation style and methods of the East-West negotiators are different, becoming obstacles to the negotiations and even leading to the failure of the negotiations. These differences have their own cultural roots. This article explores the cultural factors behind the business negotiations from a cross-cultural perspective, compares the differences between eastern and western cultures, and studies strategies to overcome cross-cultural barriers in international negotiations.
