铀-硅合金有七种相,每种相的铀含量都不一样,而合金中每种相的相对百分含量取决于硅的添加量。用扫描电子显微镜、扫描电镜的波谱和透射电镜的EDAX-9100能谱,进行不同含Si量的U-Si合金相分析(U-3.9wt%Si,U-7.7wt%Si,U-10.6wt%Si);用真空电弧熔炼U-3.9wt%Si和U-10.6wt%Si合金。分析结果表明,U-3.9wt%Si铸态合金含有U,U_3Si_2共晶混合物和少量U_3Si,而U-10.6wt%Si铸态合金主要为USi,其余为U_3Si_2。用真空感应炉熔炼U-7.7wt%Si合金,这种铸态合金主要为U_3Si_2和少量USi。用IBAS-2000图象分析仪测量合金中的USi相百分含量,平均值约11.9wt%。
Uranium - silicon alloy has seven phases, each phase of uranium content is different, and the relative percentage of each phase in the alloy depends on the amount of silicon added. U-Si alloy phase analysis (U-3.9wt% Si, U-7.7wt% Si, U-10.6wt% Si) with different Si content was carried out by scanning electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EDAX EDX- % Si); U-3.9 wt% Si and U-10.6 wt% Si alloys were vacuum arc melted. The results show that U-3.9wt% Si as-cast alloy contains U, U_3Si_2 eutectic mixture and a small amount of U_3Si, while U-10.6wt% Si as-cast alloy is mainly USi and the rest is U_3Si_2. U-7.7wt% Si alloy was melted in a vacuum induction furnace. The as-cast alloys were mainly U_3Si_2 and a small amount of USi. The percentage of USi phase in the alloy was measured with an IBAS-2000 image analyzer with an average of about 11.9 wt%.
