近年来,职业学校技能大赛在政府、学校、企业及社会的广泛关注下,全国、省、市各级技能大赛开展的如火如荼。纵观历届技能大赛,地区间、学校间成绩差异较大,如广西技能大赛,区直学校成绩远好于地级市学校。各校技能大赛成绩上的差异,很大程度上反映了学校的办学实力及教师专业能力上的差异。提升教师专业能力不仅是提高中职校人才培养质量的重要条件,也是中职教育内涵发展的必然要求。
In recent years, vocational skills competition in the government, schools, businesses and the community’s attention, the national, provincial and municipal skills competitions held in full swing. Throughout the previous skills competition, inter-regional differences between schools, large differences, such as Guangxi Skills Competition, straight school results far better than the prefecture-level city schools. Differences in scores of skill competitions in various schools largely reflect the difference between the school’s ability to run schools and the teachers’ professional abilities. To improve teachers’ professional ability is not only an important condition to improve the quality of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools, but also an inevitable requirement for the connotation development of secondary vocational education.
