目前很多中小学教练员在冬训期间会出现两个误区,要么由于气候、场地等不可控因素,训练随意而没有计划性,要么试图在这一期间提高运动员所有的运动能力,想一口吃个胖子。显然这两种思路都不能达到很好的目的。制订冬训计划,最重要的是要切实可行,要充分考虑到运动项目的特点、来年比赛的时间和场地、运动员原有的训练水平和身体健康状况等条件。在制订冬训计划时可以从以下几个方面入手。一、确定适合的训练目标首先,要清楚冬训的直接目的是要确保建立和发展竞技状态赖以产生的基本前提,为来年比赛成绩的提高打下很好的基础。因此提高体能水平是首要目的,要在冬训期间,努力增进健康水平,发展运动素质,并有效发展身体主要生理系统的功能。因为身体全面发展的水平同时也决定着运动员的运动技术、战术和意志品质的训练。
