为适应压气机辊轧叶片模具型腔的敏捷化设计需求,提出一种型腔模型建模方法。依据叶片气动外形及建模效率的双重要求,以叶片中弧面曲率变化规律作为评判基准,规划工艺模型截面线族的位置与数量;基于此,建立截面线族映射法则以完成工艺模型叶形截面线族至辊轧模具扇面的重新空间分布,由所得型腔模型截面线族重构型腔型面;通过与回转体的布尔运算获得辊轧叶片模具型腔;以通用CAD软件为平台,开发了压气机叶片辊轧模具型腔自动化建模系统,实现了模具型腔的快速建模,使压气机辊轧叶片模具建模效率得到显著提高。
In order to meet the needs of the agile design of the compressor blade cavity, a cavity modeling method is proposed. According to the aerodynamic shape of the blade and the modeling efficiency, the curvature of the arc surface in the blade is used as the criterion to plan the position and number of the cross-sectional line family of the craft model. Based on this, the sectional line family mapping rule is established to complete the leaf shape of the craft model Sectional line family to the rolling die fan surface spatial distribution, from the cavity model cross-section line family reconstructed cavity surface; through the boolean operation with the rotor blade cavity to obtain the mold; with common CAD software as a platform, The automatic molding system for the mold of the rolling blade of the compressor blade was developed. The rapid modeling of the mold cavity was realized, and the modeling efficiency of the compressor blade was greatly improved.
