OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid, simultaneous and sensitive multi-element analysis method for high sensitivity and high precision, to determine the essential trace elements in 10 kinds of human body in the medicinal plant Wusulihweibai of Changbai Mountain, and to fill the gaps in the study of trace elements in the medicinal plant , Provide scientific basis for its quality control and further research. Methods: Three batches of Jilin Ust-Livivir were collected and wet-digested with HNO_3-H_2O_2 system. The content of microelements was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) With In, Rh as the internal standard, the standard curve method to calculate the content of each element. Results: The detection limit of Co was 9 × 10 -4 μg · g -1, and the detection limits of the other 9 elements were all> 1 × 10 -3 μg · g -1. 1). The linear ranges of the ten trace elements ranged from 0.05 to 150 μg · g -1. The correlation coefficients of each standard curve were all> 0.999, RSD <3.8%, and the recoveries were 94.8% -105.6%. The mass fractions of Mn, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cu, V, Mo, Se, Co and Sn were 213.7,48.63,13.89,6.543,6.502,2.571,1.231,0.581 9,0.598,0.295 7μg · g ~ (-1). Conclusion: The rapid determination method has high sensitivity, wide linear range and good accuracy. Ursulivar contains abundant essential trace elements such as Mn, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cu, V and so on, which may directly or indirectly affect the efficacy of the plant when participating in a variety of in vivo processes. This study provides a reference for further study of the various elements in Ursula Waval and establishment of their quality control standards and activity screening.
