随着动漫产业在国内的初步兴起,动漫人才的培养成为当务之急。不少高职高专院校中的动漫专业人才培养具有着职业化定位的优势,同时也面临着起步阶段摸索与发展的艰难。由于生源性质的影响,对于培养非艺术类生源学生成为动漫职业人才所必须具备的绘画造型能力是人才培养起步的关键,该如何更好、更有效地解决这个问题,在国内外都无法找到已有的明确答案。作为高职院校动漫专业的教学工作者在现在与未来的人才培养过程中只有靠不断实践、总结、比较,才能找出一条更适合于“非艺术类”生湃的教学路子。
