为了解喘乐宁雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效、对30例哮喘急性发作期患儿,分别于雾化吸入前和吸入后15min进行肺功能测定,结果总气道阻力由雾化前1.36±0.38降为1.04±0.30,而FVC、FEV_1、PEF、FEF_(25)、FEF_(50)、FEF_(75)、MMEF75/25由雾化前0.56±0.18、0.55±0.17、1.18±0.43、1.07±0.43、O.72±0.36、0.40±0.22、0.63±0.32增加到0.64±0.17、0.63±0.18、1.52±0.51、1.47±0.52、1.07±0.53、0.59±0.36、0.93±0.50(P<0.001)。提示雾化吸入喘乐宁可迅速降低儿童哮喘的气道阻力,改善肺通气功能,对儿童哮喘发作期具有良好的治疗效果。
In order to understand the efficacy of inhalation of salinon in the treatment of children with asthma, the lung function of 30 children with acute exacerbation of asthma were measured before inhalation and 15 minutes after inhalation respectively. The results showed that the total airway resistance decreased from 1.36 ± 0.38 to 1.04 ± 0.30, while FVC, FEV_1, PEF, FEF_ (25), FEF_ (50), FEF_ (75) and MMEF75 / 25 decreased from 0.56 ± 0.18,0.55 ± 0.17,1.18 ± 0.43,1.07 ± 0.43, 0.72 ± 0.36, 0.40 ± 0.22, 0.63 ± 0.32 to 0.64 ± 0.17, 0.63 ± 0.18, 1.52 ± 0.51, 1.47 ± 0.52, 1.07 ± 0.53, 0.59 ± 0.36, 0.93 ± 0.50 (P <0.001). Tip inhalation of asthmatic Ning aerosol can quickly reduce airway resistance in children with asthma, improve lung ventilation, childhood asthma attack has a good therapeutic effect.
