本文报告１５例反复发作持续性心动过速患者。心电图示右束支传导阻滞伴电轴左或右偏１１例，左束支传导阻滞图形４例。绝大多数患者常规检查无器质性心脏病；症状发作时耐受性好，无严重的血液动力学改变。本组患者药物治疗反应与常见的反复性、持续性室速不尽相同，而对异搏定、β－阻滞剂、心律平反应佳。本文就此类心律失常的临床表现、心电图及治疗反应做简要的讨论。
This article reports 15 patients with recurrent persistent tachycardia. ECG right bundle branch block with axis left or right partial deflection in 11 cases, left bundle branch block in 4 cases. The vast majority of patients routine examination without organic heart disease; symptom onset is well tolerated, no serious hemodynamic changes. This group of patients with drug treatment response and the common repetitive, sustained ventricular tachycardia is not the same, but the verapamil, β-blockers, cardioversion good response. This article on the clinical manifestations of such arrhythmias, ECG and treatment response to do a brief discussion.
