有关人士指出,对学生的评价一是向他们展示成就,帮助他们建立积极的自我概念,建立自信,由此激发其继续学习的愿望;二是对学生在特色领域的自主学习和自主发展给以引导,教师起提示检测和促进作用。笔者在工作实践中理解为:评价是智慧地关注学生的表现,做出恰如其分的分析,做出反应。这种反应是人为的表现,自然带有极大的主观性,决定了评价的复杂性,而这种主观性又建立在学生表现的客观事实上,又带有一定的必然性,这就是说“评价”
