天津市滨海文化商务中心工程采用600～750mm圆柱与倒圆锥形柱帽的组合形式作为车库竖向承重体系。此组合形式较美观,且具较好的受力性能,但给土建结构施工带来了一定的难度。通过对倒圆锥形柱帽结构模板体系的研究,对不同模板方案进行对比分析,优选了组合钢模+定型黑模模板体系,并在实践过程中取得了较好的实施效果。
Tianjin Binhai Cultural Business Center project 600 ~ 750mm cylindrical and inverted conical column cap combination as the vertical load-bearing system of the garage. This combination is more beautiful and has better mechanical properties, but brings some difficulties to the construction of civil structures. Through the research on the template system of inverted conical column cap structure, the different template schemes were compared and analyzed, the combination of steel mold + fixed black template system was optimized, and the good effect was achieved in practice.
