应用由灵芝、黄芪等１０余种中草药制成的免疫口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染４０例，观察其临床疗效及外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果表明，治疗后患儿食欲明显增进，体重增加，虚汗减少，体质增强，减少呼吸道感染的发生率和复发率，痊愈率（５７．５％，Ｐ＜０．０１），总有效率（９５．０％，Ｐ＜０．０１）明显高于一般西药治疗组；患儿外周血ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４细胞显著增加。ＣＤ＋８细胞显著降低，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值明显升高，免疫功能得以增强。临床使用及动物药物毒理试验未出现毒副作用。认为该口服液是一种安全有效的免疫促进剂，具有广阔的应用前景。
Application of Ganoderma lucidum, Astragalus and other 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine made from immune oral solution in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in 40 cases, to observe the clinical efficacy and changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. The results showed that after treatment, appetite was significantly improved, weight gain, sweating decreased, physical enhancement, reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection and recurrence rate, cure rate (57.5%, P <0.01), total effective rate .0%, P <0.01) was significantly higher than the general Western medicine treatment group; children with peripheral blood CD +3, CD +4 cells increased significantly. CD + 8 cells were significantly decreased, the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 8 was significantly increased, and immune function was enhanced. Clinical use and animal drug toxicity test did not appear toxic and side effects. It is considered that the oral liquid is a safe and effective immunostimulant and has broad application prospects.
