以邻硝基苯酚、环氧氯丙烷、乙酰丙酮或苯甲酰丙酮为原料,经醚化、硝基还原及缩合等反应,合成含羟基功能基的席夫碱化合物1[1,3-二(2-胺基苯氧基)-2-丙醇)缩双乙酰丙酮]和2(1,3-二(2-胺基苯氧基)-2-丙醇)缩双苯甲酰丙酮)。化合物2与Cu(OAc)2·4H2O反应得到单核铜髤配合物3。用元素分析、1HNMR、IR、UV-Vis和MS等进行表征。用X射线衍射单晶结构分析方法测定了席夫碱化合物1和铜髤配合物3的晶体结构。晶体结构表明,席夫碱化合物1的分子具有非平面结构,配合物3的分子具有钳式结构,配合物通过分子中羟基功能基与相邻分子的配位氧原子间所形成的氢键作用扩展为一维链状结构。

The crystal structure of Schiff base compound 1 and copper 髤 complex 3 was determined by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The crystal structure shows that the Schiff base compound 1 has a non-planar structure, and the complex 3 has a pinch-type structure. The complex is formed by the hydrogen bond formed between the hydroxyl functional group in the molecule and the coordinating oxygen atom of the adjacent molecule Expanded into one-dimensional chain structure.
