建筑业是我国经济的支柱行业,也是钢材消费大户。在我国现有的横列式小型线材轧机上,热轧Φ12mm以下的螺纹钢筋比较困难,Φ6~Φ12mm的建筑钢筋均为热轧光圆钢筋,热轧光圆钢筋用于建筑中,强度较低,而延伸率过高,综合性能不合理,造成钢材浪费,同时使混凝土构件的抗震性差,安全储备不足。而Φ4~Φ5mm等一些更小规格的钢筋,则由热轧钢筋拉拔加工成光圆钢丝,它们与混凝土的握裹力小,延伸率较低,硅构件的抗震性差,安全储备不足,为此,建设部已发文在全国推广应用冷轧带肋钢筋。(螺纹钢筋)
