国外工程机械产品广泛使用一种能推能拉的双向传力软轴。由于软轴的外套管(钢丝编织塑料管)国内尚无厂家生产。我厂为QUY50液压履带起重机打桩系统操纵阀自行设计了一种双向传力索。它具有双向传力功能而无需这种特殊的外套管。其结构原理见图1。这种双向传力索的设计要点是: 1.传力钢绳芯两端各套一段导向管,以避免传力索在传递推力时外露钢绳芯受压而弯曲。2.采用无缝钢管替代钢丝编织塑料外套管。虽然钢管不能如外套管那样随意弯曲,但
Foreign construction machinery products use a type of two-way transmission force shaft that can push and pull. As the outer shaft of the flexible shaft (wire braided plastic pipe) has not yet been produced by domestic manufacturers. Our factory has designed a two-way force transmission cable for the QUY50 hydraulic crawler crane piling system control valve. It has a two-way force transmission function without this special outer sleeve. Its structural principle is shown in Figure 1. The design points of this two-way force transmission cable are as follows: 1. Each end of the force transmission steel cord core is provided with a guide pipe, so as to prevent the exposed steel cord core from being bent when the transmission cable is transmitting the thrust force. 2. Use seamless steel tubes instead of steel braided plastic outer casing. Although the steel pipe cannot be bent as freely as the outer casing,
