目的:藕节系睡莲科植物莲NelumboNuciferaGaertn的干燥根茎的节部,系我国的传统中药,主要用于治疗吐血、衄血、便血尿血、血痢及功能性子宫出血等症,收载于我国不同版本的药典中。本研究分析了藕节的化学成分,报道分析方法,进而寻找其生物活性成分。方法:取清洁、干燥的藕节粉碎后,用80%乙醇提取,回收乙醇,掺入硅藻土及粗硅胶于浸膏中,干燥,研碎,置索氏提取器中,分别以石油醚、苯、乙醚、氯仿和醋酸乙酯提取。苯提取部分,重结晶三次,得白色晶体(晶Ⅰ)和淡黄色晶体(晶Ⅱ)。结果:晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅱ用化学反应证实为三萜类化合物。晶Ⅰ经熔点测定,高分辨质谱,红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)鉴定,证实为3-表白桦脂酸(3-epibutulinicacid)。晶Ⅱ因得较少,有待进一步研究。结论:藕节中含有三萜类化合物。证实其中一种为3-表白桦脂酸(3-epibutulinicacid)。
Purpose: The Department of lotus roots of Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn in the water lily family is a joint of our country’s traditional Chinese medicine. It is mainly used to treat hematemesis, blood stasis, hematuria, blood stasis, and functional uterine bleeding. Version of pharmacopoeia. This study analyzed the chemical composition of the loquat section, reported analysis methods, and then to find its biological active ingredients. Method: Take clean, dry gangue crushed, extracted with 80% ethanol, recovery of ethanol, mixed with diatomaceous earth and crude silica gel in the extract, dried, ground, set Soxhlet extractor, respectively, petroleum ether Benzene, ethyl ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate extraction. The benzene extract fraction was recrystallized three times to give white crystals (crystal I) and pale yellow crystals (crystal II). Results: Crystal I and Crystal II were confirmed as triterpenoids by chemical reaction. Crystal I was determined by melting point, high resolution mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C-NMR), and confirmed to be 3-epibutulinic acid. Crystal II is less due to further study. Conclusion: Triterpenoids are contained in the ganglion. One of them was confirmed to be 3-epibutulinic acid.
