在磨矿过程中,磨机拖动电机的输入功率可分为三部分:①带动磨矿介质和物料一起运动的磨机筒体运转所需的功率,即有用功率;②克服空心轴颈与轴承之间的磨擦及传动装置的阻力所需的功率;③电机损耗功率。提高磨矿效率的实质在于提高磨机的有用功率,使磨矿介质从外界获得尽可能高的能量,并释放出来,最大限度地用于粉碎物料上。因此,磨机有用功率的研究长期以来一直为人们所重视,而对磨矿功耗进行测定则是该领域内研究
